I mangled my finger pretty badly. Erika and Elizabeth did a great job of cleaning and dressing the wound. They also showed me how to care for it and change the bandage. It has healed much better than I thought it would! Thank you!!!

I absolutely love PA Dr Erica she really listens and does what she can to help. I highly recommend her she is amazing. Unfortunately I know she'll move on furthering her degree. And it will be a sad time for me. But a well deserved move up for her! I just feel she really listens to my problems and searches for the answers. Glad I have her now! Also love the secretary's they are very helpfull and pleasent to be around.thanks for being there!

This Clinic is so much better than Baptist Health and Jennie Stuart. They have adequate parking space to accommodate their clientele. You aren't put in a room and left. They aren't afraid to touch the patients. If the patient has an ongoing prescription for Lassix, the provider should be examining for fluid retention. Ms Powers is very heavy handed. She did an excellent of a hands on exam. Even the examining nurse was able to address my concerns. Up Top! Very pleasurable experience. June 2024 Got assigned a new Nurse Practitioner. New is never good, they have to demonstrate they are knowledgeable. 10/04/24 I ll got a great practitioner assistant from the Clarksville Tennessee Community. Well informed, asked pertinent questions. This clinic is fortunate to hire a nurse with a lifetime of experience to work the front desk. She is Ms Cheryl, the PR for the entire operations.

We LOOOOOOOOVE this practice!!! Cheryl at the front desk is so so so helpful every time we’ve been by or called and she’s always SO friendly!!! Ericka is the NP my FIL, who’s medically complex, sees and she’s the absolute best to work with!!! We tried another office in town and they made everything so much more difficult than necessary but not Ericka!!! She takes the best care of my FIL and somehow remembers all the small details no other practitioner has ever remembered. This office is the best!!!!

It's always a pleasure dealing with Dr. Gary Spencer. He is not only professional, but warm and compassionate. I have always appreciated the time Dr. Spencer has taken to discuss any concerns I have had in regard to my health. The entire staff from receptionists to nurses and lab technician were extremely helpful and accomodating. I have heard only great things about Ms. Polete, APRN who is associated with this office. Hopkinsville is blessed to have this great team of professionals. Ms. Polete is an excellent APRN. She is very thorough and discusses and explains all labs and any concerns. She is also an excellent diagnostician. She is quick to refer you to a specialist if needed. The receptionist at the front desk always has a welcoming smile and very accommodating. Thanks to all at Hopkinsville Family Care for the care and concern for our community.

Every time I have an appointment I'm always seen within 10 min of arriving. And I like that he will send me to a specialist of my choosing if I need further attention. Yes I recommend Dr Majmudar. And if I don't agree with nurse I can always ask him. Dr. Maj is always open for questions. And he listens.

My usual provider is the VA but in this case I used the services of Hopkinsville Family Care and Christina Polete, an excellent nurse practitioner. I have had her as my community care backup if I need some timely meedical care especially if I need a prescription right away for antibiotics. She has taken great care of me in many instances and will not hesitate recommending her any time.

Visit on 8-17-23 Again she addressed my needs and concerns . Very professional but is fun to talk to as well. Ms Powers answered my questions about my diabetes and it’s clear how to use the Decom now. 11-17-23 Good visit. Thorough exam. Ebony let me vent and I appreciated that. Dr. Powers is hands down one of the best doctors I’ve encountered. I had an issue with the VA in getting proper care and she stepped in and straightened it out for me. She’s caring and more importantly, she listens.

Whitney has accomplished more in the last two months than any other drs have in the last 8 years. Finally getting some answers about my symptoms and not being dismissed with *it’s just anxiety*. This was my first visit at Hopkinsville Family Clinic. The staff was very welcoming. It was nice and clean and for the first time in a ling time i didnt feel uncomfortable. The Nurse was amazing very positive and upbeat. She answered all my questions before i could even ask them! Lol My Doc was a very nice young lady again just as welcoming as the receptionist. All in all im very happy with my first visit!

Mrs. Polete called me July 25, 2022 as was prearranged. She referred me to a vein specialist (Dr. Robertson) and I asked her to send the results of my ultrasound to Dr. Robertson, which she has already done. Mrs. Polete was very thorough and her diagnosis was correct. She took care of me right away in her office and set up an ultrasound for that very afternoon. She is very capable and knowledgeable. I am very pleased.

On Wednesday,, November 3rd was my first actual appointment with with C. Polete. Upon arriving I found the entire staff at Hopkinsville Family Care to be very pleasant, friendly and professional. Even as a new Patient it felt like they all knew me for years. Christina Polete was really informative, and took her time talking AND listening to me.. Hopkinsville Family care is staffed with friendly, professional and knowledgeable people. My appointment went well and they are working with me to find a medicine I need that insurance will cover. I highly recommend this practice!

This clinic has Super nice staff & time in and out to see doctor is reasonable. I feel I get great care with Dr Muj. Always wear your mask :)

As soon as you walk in the door from the front desk receptionist to the nurses, your treated with smiles and kindness.. very professional! You wont leave feeling unheard or uncared for that's for sure! Top notch care here.

Clean establishment. The lady at the front desk was very kind. She made checking in easy for me and was nice enough to print off my insurance information. My doctor was funny, nice and efficient. She made the process easy for me.

I’ve shopped around with a lot of doctors before deciding on my PCP so when I went to a new place, I went into it obviously skeptical. After meeting the wonderful nurses and my new PCP, Erika Jordan, all the skepticism melted away. Everyone was extremely kind and I had a great experience with them. As a plus sized woman, It’s very rare to find a doctor that doesn’t immediately blame my weight in whatever problems I’m having. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve went to a doctor about problems I was having and was pretty much instantly handed a brochure on losing weight. It was very nice to feel like an actual person here instead of a number on the scale. They put just as much emphasis checking on my mental health as my physical health which was definitely a good change too. Overall a wonderful experience and I’m very happy with my choice to come here.

Christina polete is great she listens to your concerns and she creates understand and strives to make us healthier and reach certain goals. I love having a health care provider that listens but also tells you what you have to do to get healthier and illiminate some of the health problems you have. And just found out they take children too so will be moving my children to her as well😁 Erica is also great been seeing her lately. The entire family care staff goes above and beyond you couldn't ask for better.

Wonderful, Christina caught my kidney problem on my first visit, went on holistic diet went back yesterday blood work was great, she was very proud and did a very thorough blood panels.

We saw the pediatric nurse morgan for my newborn son and 20 month old daughter and feel like we got more answers and knowledge in the 20 minutes we were there than we have in the 20 months we've had our daughter, such a breath of fresh air in this crazy medical world, highly recommend this office for pediatric care!

This place is for my general primary care. They always get me in quickly. I’m forgetful and miss my appointments sometimes, but they are really understanding and forgiving about it. I don’t talk to many people about doctors but when I do, I tell them about this place.

The staff are all very nice and caring. I was so concerned about the changes after Dr. Spencer retired and I miss him terribly ! He is the best ever !! Christina is very sweet and answers all questions and shows concern and compassion. Very helpful. I thank God Tara and Susie are still there. Great environment, comfortable , and professional yet very warming. I will stay with them. ❤

The front desk Ms Cheryl Is a gem. The new nurse practitioner was very nice and thorough and pleasant to answer the questions. Ms Christiania is always so smart! And explains stuff to me and ASK MY opinion and gives me advice as to what I Should do

They worked me in when they were already overbooked as I was ill. They all treated me professionally and with care and didn't rush even though I know they had to be so busy. I appreciate the whole staff from the office workers, MA, plebotomist to my Nurse Practitioner and her student. They listened to me and my concerns and symptoms and figured out the best treatment plan for me.

They took me with no appointment even after I had missed 2 in a row not meant to run a bussiness my self and people wernt own time for me so just saying tjis are very caring people ive been to over 7 different doctors that stereotyped. Me and didnt give a s. T so I highly recommend this place everyone is super nice and try to do all your needs that should be done and then get you well.

I've had several health issues that have stumped teams of great doctors. Christina Polete at Hopkinsville Family Care has always taken the time and extra effort to listen and make sure I am on the best possible path for recovery and future wellness. She is a brilliant nurse practitioner that goes above and beyond to provide care for me and my family. Christina is truly happy when good news comes and very concerned when health issues arise. I always feel she confident in her knowledge and recommended treatment plan.

Receptionists and staff greeted me w a warm welcome. Christina reinforced my lab work and exam was quick and easy. I recommend HFC and Christina highly! As I left the facility the staff seemed to be down-home folks, as they wished me a good weekend.

I had an appointment w Christina Polete, APRN. My main complaint of roaring sound and hearing my heartbeat in my left ear was presented. She diagnosed my ear infection w - out examining the inside ear. She told me my outer ears were red, therefore she prescribed me an antibiotic. And she said that if not better in two weeks after antibiotic treatment, then she would refer me to a ENT doctor. I am not positive but to diagnose an ear infection, an exam of the inner ear would be forthcoming. She did ask if I had a discharge from the ear and I replied no. But maybe things are different now than what it used to be. This was my first visit w this APRN. Did I make a mistake in transferring from another APRN? My main task in transferring was to have someone who would be available in the office 5 days a week.
